About memberships
Please book your bay in advance to ensure you get your desired slot. Simply login to your account on our booking page and choose one of the "MEMBERS ONLY" options. You will be able to book your bay based on your tier of membership. Yes, you can still walk into the store and ask for a bay to be credited to your membership account, but if we are full at the time, you will have to wait until a bay opens. All memberships are "use it or lose it" based. The credits do not roll over to the next month, and your membership will automatically renew on the same day of the following month, unless you cancel your membership prior to the renewal date. Credits are also given in 1 hour time increments. If you leave your bay with 20 minutes left in the hour, you do not get 20 minutes of credit back on your membership, so swing it until that last second! Once a membership is issued for the month, we cannot refund the charged membership. We can cancel your membership so you won't be charged for the next month, but nothing can be done once its charged.
